Martin Ebadi

Martin is a BC Housing Accredited Professional with 20 years of experience in the general contracting industry as a developer, tradesman, cost estimator, consultant, business owner and an Accredited BC Housing member professional, Martin continues to enjoy the daily challenges and rewards of general contracting ownership. During this period he has amassed a comprehensive list of trusted contractors, city officials and procurement vendors to allow design goals to be preserved and budgets to be maintained. 

Since founding DIBA in 2017, Martin has navigated DIBA’s growth and evolution into an experienced firm in the Greater Vancouver area. Martin’s involvement spans across project management, property due diligence, cash flow and budget management, project analysis as well as client representation during all phases of the property development process from master planning, site selection, land use approvals, team selection, bidding, and overall management of the design and construction process. His professional goal and aspiration is to continue to drive DIBA through the evolving local remodeling world by focusing on providing value to DIBA’s clients and providing professional growth opportunities to employees. When not thinking about construction, Martin enjoys time rock climbing, mountain biking and traveling with his wife.

Amir Ebadi

Operations Director

Amir assists in project management, scheduling, cost management, and maintaining communications with municipalities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Amir is responsible for implementing and ensuring the DIBA Corp’s company policies, standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, and health and safety plans are diligently executed and abided. Amir holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia. Before joining Martin Ebadi in DIBA Management Corp, he worked in the BC forest industry for three years with experiences in land valuation and environmental management.

Rod Pendlebury

Construction Manager 

Rod Pendelbury is an experienced Construction Manager and Site Superintendent with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His extensive career spans managing a diverse range of construction projects, emphasizing on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety. Known for his hands-on approach and strategic leadership, Rod has been instrumental in mentoring teams and enhancing operational procedures at DIBA Corp.

Tomas Rek

Mechanical Engineering Professional 

Tomas is Bachelors of Engineering, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering graduate at Brno University of Technology in Czech Republic. Tomas is an experienced Mechanical design engineer designing new mechanical solutions for automatization in the mineral industry as well as servicing on site and troubleshooting for clients around different parts of Europe and Africa.  Tomas also has experience in operating heavy duty machinery such as excavators through his hands on experience working as a logistics manager.

Raya Hajimirza

Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator for DIBA Management Corp, Raya is responsible for the day to day operations, management of all Human Resource functions, including payroll and bookkeeping while serving as the point person for all daily office operations.
